The Avon Mega Effects mascara is definitely one of my favorite Avon Mascaras. If you are looking for basic volume then you should try it out. Once you get used to the nontraditional brush, it is fun to use it. I have found that this mascara is easy to apply and get on in just one coat or more if you wish. This mascara is hypoallergenic.
