Cruise Like A Boss

This incentive runs from Campaign 20 2017-Campaign 6 2018 (Trendsetter Campaign 22 2017-Campaign 8 2018). For this incentive you earn points for qualifying activities including personal sales of $300 or $500, adding new team members, promoting in leadership title, mentoring team members to a new leadership title, and having your new team members place additional orders of $150+ after they qualify with their first or second order of $150+. Your points are redeemed for awards with the grand prize being a cruise to Bermuda in Spring 2018. We are currently wrapping this one up.

Shake Up Your Sales

This incentive runs from Campaign 1 2018-Campaign 5 2018 (Trendsetter Campaign 3 2018-Campaign 7 2018). Increase your award sales over last year to earn Espira Branded Rewards. If you were not a representative last year during campaigns 1-5 2017 or your cumulative award sales from those campaigns were less than $500 then your award sales base for this incentive is $500. You will earn the Ear Buds once you reach $600 in Award Sales for 2018 (during the incentive period). This incentive is not based by campaign, but rather your cumulative sales during the incentive timeframe and for each increasing interval you will earn different awards. 2017 President’s Recognition Program Celebration achievers earn additional perks to take their Walt Disney World trip to the next level. When you earn at least level 1 and place an order in all five campaigns you will receive an Avon branded car magnet. Prizes include Espira Branded: Ear Buds, Tote, Apron, Sound Machine, and Fit Tracker. The PRPC prizes are a $100 Magic Band and Park Passes.

Pinning Streak

What is Pinning Streak? You do, You Get! Consistency is key to growing your Avon business. If you joined prior to Campaign 1, 2018 you must place an order in all campaigns from Campaign 1 2018 through Campaign 13 2018. Your order total must be greater than $0. You will get an Avon pin that says “Avon”. All President’s Recognition Program members who achieve the pin will also get 50 PRP points just for being PRP. If you join Avon during Campaigns 1-13 2018 you must reach your first three Kickstart goals in order to get the Avon pin. New Representatives will receive their pin with the following order after achieving the incentive. In order to receive the pin, you must place an order through your back office.

BLAB: Build Like A Boss

BLAB stands for Build Like A Boss. This incentive is open to all representatives who add new team members during Avon Campaigns 1-10 2018. Earn 1 scratch off ticket for each Qualified New Recruit from a Personal source. What is a Qualified New Recruit? Your new team member must place a first or second order of at least $150 and pay for it on time. The order must be placed during the incentive period. Scratch off tickets will be mailed to you at the address that Avon has on record. Each ticket will win you a prize from thousands of prizes which include cash, Keurigs, Avon products for a year, Cell Phone service for a year, Free Meals for a year, iPhones, Nintendo Switch, and more! There’s no limit to the number of tickets you can earn! Rewards will also be mailed to the address Avon has on file and cannot be mailed to PO Boxes.

Rapid Advancement Incentive for New Representatives

You could earn $7,500 before your half-year anniversary with Avon, when you promote quickly. This incentive is for new representatives who join Avon during Campaigns 5-13 2018! The promotion bonus is one of the many cash rewards you can earn as part of the Advanced Leadership Program. Promote quickly, and you can earn double your bonus!

Kickstart Incentive for All New Representatives

Earn $1,010 in your first 90 Days when you meet all Kickstart goals for both sales and leadership. Meet all six sales goals and add three qualified recruits to your team in your first seven campaigns and earn a bonus of $200. Earn 40% when you meet sales goals in your first seven campaigns. This is a total of at least $660 when you meet the sales goals for Campaigns 2-7. After your first seven campaigns (or if you do not meet your Kickstart goals) you will earn 20-40% based on sales levels. Earn $50 for each qualified team member during your first 7 campaigns. Each time you add a new team member and that team member places a first or second order of $150+ successfully meeting their first Kickstart sales goal, you will earn a $50 bonus. After your Kickstart time period is over you will earn $20 for each qualified team member. You will also earn a bonus based on your sales leadership level. For the Kickstart program (your first seven campaigns) find three people to add to your team for a bonus of $150. If you find more than three people and they all meet the requirement, you will receive even more money!

Earn $660 on sales + $150 for bringing in new team members + $200 bonus for reaching all Kickstart goals and you’ve earned $1,010. You can also earn more money if you sell more than the required goals!

About Amanda Davis – My Avon Story

I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia and still live locally. I have my Masters in Teaching for Early and Elementary Education and I am an early childhood teacher. I joined Avon in August 2011 in order to earn an income around going to college full time. When I first joined Avon, I had no idea what I was getting myself into and I had never heard of direct sales. My mother had actually been an Avon Representative briefly before I was born and she shared some about the company with me and said that I should go for it! I met with my upline sales leader and she signed me up and the rest is history! Over the last several years, Avon has become a major passion of mine and I have enjoyed being able to share Avon and it’s products and missions with those around me.In 2013, I took an interest in expanding my online Avon business and since then I have been blogging and growing my Social Media presence. Avon is truly loved by many and when you start sharing that online you can really see the love and support from others worldwide. Even though we can only serve customers in the United States and share the Avon opportunity with those in the USA, worldwide followers will find you on Social Media and the web.  In 2014, I was awarded the Spirit of Avon award and I earned the coveted President’s Club sales level and my first Mrs. P.F.E. Albee figurine. Mrs. P.F.E. Albee was the first Avon Lady back when David McConnell (Avon’s founder) had the California Perfume Company (which later became Avon Products). In 2016, Avon Products North America was bought out and thus New Avon, LLC was born. I have been super excited for the new changes of New Avon, LLC! I do not have a family yet, but my hope is that when I decide to start one I can use Avon as a source of income in order to stay at home with my children when they are small like my mom stayed home with me and my brother until we both were in school.
